Katherine Conway Del Conte, vocals, born in Birmingham, Alabama, developed her love for music from her grandfather, a D.J. and ragtime blues piano player.
He bought her a ukulele when she was 6 which she played until age 12, when he returned from Spain with a beautiful Spanish guitar. Conway listened to music of all venues and grew fond of singing and playing the guitar, entertaining family and friends, and always sang in the church choir or local community chorals. She joined the Peter Wolfe jazz quartet in 1978 and traveled to Los Angeles, where she lived 12 years. After raising a family and leaving the music behind for many years, she returned to praise Him singing backup vocals with 10
th Leper in 2009, and is on their 2nd CD, "Worth It".
